Change Management

We take permanent changes in nature for granted (e.g. the four seasons). In our daily life we see changes often with mixed feelings.

At a first glance, we sometimes do not see the ;opportunities which come along. We wish to make a change. Sometimes we are worried because of associated uncertainties.

The continuous exposure to change can help us to explore new opportunities and to look confidently into the future. We can be open for development and make use of our options. I would appreciate being able to accompany you on this path.

I provide the following Consulting Services for Change Management

• Design, support for definition and implementation of Change Projects
• Internationalization of Change Projects
• Building up and extending international Change Management Teams or building up Teams at different locations

In addition I offer Training and Workshops for specific topics, such as Project Management of Change Projects, dealing with Changes, Communication.
The Trainings will be designed individually for the specific target groups, e.g. people who are responsible for Change Projects, Change Managers, Project Managers, Team Leaders or Managers.
Workshops, e.g. for Lessons Learned, can be designed on request.
